River and rowing series
After 10 years off the water I have spent the autumn and winter of 2023/24 in the coaching launches following crews from Thames Rowing Club up and down the river. I then spent the summer at Dorney lake and in Henley. It's been a joy to be back in the rowing bubble.
Whether it's been 10 minutes or 10 years since you were last in a boat - I hope this work reminds you how it feels to be on the water.
And if you can't get to the river, sometimes art can do the trick too.

I'm delighted that pieces from this series have been shown at the Royal West of England Academy in Bristol, at the Wells Cathedral Open Exhibition, and at the Chelsea Arts Society Summer Open in 2024.
